Ajman

Ajman is one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With only around 260 sq. km., Ajman is the smallest emirate in area. It is located next to the Persian Gulf, and is bordered by Sharjah to the north, south, and east. Ajman has a population of around 362,000, which is a huge growth from 1980 when Ajman only had about 36,000 inhabitants. Ajman is currently the only emirate in the UAE that offers investors of foreign nationalities to have 100 percent freehold ownership on real estate.
